Seminar Title:  Management Principles for the Sprinkler Industry

Seminar Description: This seminar focuses primarily on a number of the principles that support good management skills. While developed for mid and upper-level management personnel, these principles can be easily applied to any business or occupation where group dynamics occur. A good understanding of proper communication, planning, allocation of resources, and attention to individual needs is inherently valuable to support a profit-making entity. Among those individual needs is the ability to address a varied work force consisting of different generations, different personalities, safety concerns and level of training or experience.
